CARE OF ROLL-A-COURT

The Roll-A-Court is made of an extremely flexible Vinyl/Rubber composition and is custom colored green and embossed. The thickness is less than 1/8 inch. Size is 6’ x 40’ and the lines are painted white.
Weight is less than 90 lbs. And is shipped and stored in a 9" cylinder, and can be stood on end in less than one square foot of space.

The courts have 2 coats of sealer applied, A thin coat (approx. 1 pint) should be applied 2 to 4 times a year depending on use.
One thing you must be careful of: When rolling court on core leave some core at each end and line up core with deadline on court so it is straight across.
Start to roll and make sure corners are tucked in properly or they will fold over.

Proceed to roll to other end, and if court is not even stand on end that has core showing, hold onto loose end, let some air get in and court will slide to floor. Then tighten and tape middle and each end with duct tape.

When placing in tube keep loose end of court facing up so it does not fold over.

Use plastic beads sparingly, and save to run through a window screen to remove dirt and re-use. Glass beads of a good quality can be used, but may require sealer applied more often as it contains some broken glass, and you must ensure that the sealer does not wear off or surface will wear and shorten life of court.

If the Roll-A-Court is cared for properly you can expect many years of enjoyment.

Depending on use, courts must have a thin coat of Nella-Seal applied to protect surface. Usually 3 times per year will suffice. Sealer is applied by shaking bottle to put a puddle on court, then spreading out with an applicator. Drying time is 4 hours to roll up and 24 hours before use.

The Sealer/wax is called Nella-Seal and can be purchased in United States and Canada, also plastic and glass beads. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
